Child is hyperactive and was sent from school to get evaluated for ADHD. Per the assessment the provider documented Hyperactive and referred to Pediatrician for evaluation of possible ADHD.

What would be the correct diagnosis for hyperactive when ADHD has not been confirmed?

R41.840 Attention and concentration deficit
