Coding Well Women visit after Adult Well Visit

We've been having some issues where Medicaid will only pay for one of the 2 (well women or adult well visit).
Is there a way to code so that we can get paid for both on separate dates of service?
 
I would first ensure you are billing each of your visits with the appropriate Z code.
Even if you do bill them correctly, there are some carriers that must be appealed in order to get the payment for the second wellness screening exam in the year.
I would also suggest checking the payor's provider manual or guide.
