This is my first time posting a questions here....
I am auditing a medical denial for our laboratory claim and Medicare is asking for a supportive diagnosis code. Wheezing was already coded but unfortunately that doesn't cover the tests being denied. So within the report Shortness Of Breath is also documented, would anyone feel comfortable coding both?
