Hello all,

I just need some clarificiation on coding issues. My manager and several coders I work with code diagnoses' when the MD uses symbols. For example, (arrow down) vitamin D as opposed to low vitamin D. Would you code this? I do not but some argue with me. I am just trying to find documentation to support my answer and I cannot. Help!
