Need some help. I think this is a new procedure maybe. ICD placed and a extra lead placed in the SVC? Which code would I use for the SVC placement? Not the 33225 since it isnt going into the coronary sinus. Not sure on this one anyone has ideas?
 
I think this is an unlisted code. I would contact the company that supplied the lead. I had a simular case; coil lead placed @ the infrmammary crease to the scapula region. I contacted the the company and billed with an unlisted code.
