Hi All,

My first time posting to the group! I need some clarification on coding a procedure performed by one of my providers. He's dictating he did an Anterior colporraphy with Fascia lata augmentation. Would this be the same as coding for Mesh? Here's an excerpt from his OP Rpt:

We tapered a fascia lata graft from Coloplast suspend and after plication of the cystocele in the usual fashion with 3-0 Vicryl, we then overlaid the suspend fascia and attached it to the previously made arcus sutures and tied down without undue tension.
