Wiki cold bx and hot snare removal

cold bx and hot snare removal Plz HELP

i have just started coding for GI. A cold bx was done and a hot snare of a polyp different sites can i bill both (also it was a screening colon) and if so do i append 2 modifers on the bx (33-59)

i would need a little bit more info, but what I'm coming up with is 45380-59 and 45385-- hope that helps
