Help!!
If a provider uses two different substances when doing a collagen injection at two different sites do you add the amounts together and use 11951 with the J HCPCS code for the two different substances. Or would you code 11950 twice for 1 cc per substance injected along with the J HCPCS codes for the injectables?
Thank you for any assistance you can give with this question.

I interpret this code to be per injection so, even if both injections were of the same substance, I would still code 11950 twice.
