Seeking Collection Supervisor to provide oversight for government and non-government payer AR. Ability to provide leadership, coaching, training and day to day direction for the collection specialists. Requires a minimum of 5 years supervisory experieince in billing/collection department in a hospital, physician office, medical group, etc. Requires strong knowledge of revenue cycle functions and workflow. Extensive experience dealing with payer related issues. Requires knowledge of managed care contracts, regulations, appeals, CPT and ICD-9 codes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills also required. Radiation oncology experience is a plus.
