Hi,

Does anyone know what the average collection percentage is that agencies charge the practice? I need to have a ball park figure so I can start reviewing fees from varying agencies.

I have negotiated contracts that charge as little as .035 as most want 6%. IF you use an attorney collection firm - the average is 33% as they go from collections, to judgment, to garnishment for collection of the debt.
