Does anyone know where I can find the law for collections? I'm looking for how many times do you have to send out a statement before you can call for payment. If the patient moved and you haven't been able to find them but then you did is there an amount of time that you can collect? What if they say they never knew they owed it or never got a bill? etc, etc, etc

I'm in Florida - please help
