Colon polyp removal techniques

If a patient has multiple colon polyps throughout the colon, some are ablated with APC (45388) and others are partially removed with snare and cautery and then ablated with APC, should only the APC code be used for all of these or can the ones partially removed with S&C be coded with 45385? (these are in different locations)
