Colonoscopy after partial colectomy

Patient had a partial colectomy years ago. My doctor did a colonoscopy and got past the splenic flexure. No biopsies were taken. Can I code a full colon (since we got past the splenic flexure) or do I have to add a modifier?

Patient has Medicare HMO (through UPMC)
