Wondering if somone would please confirm the correct coding for the following: Colonoscopy to the cecum,cold bx bites and fulguration of colonic polyp of the proximal trans.colon and cold bx and fulg.of chronic polyp of the distal decending colon. I believe I can use one code only 45380 Thanks in advance for your help
