Colonoscopy with flouroscopy

Hello,

Pt accidentally swallowed a nail. Per radiologist nail was in sigmoid colon.
No colonoscopy prep was performed due to the risk of perforation!
Provider reported stool in the entire colon. Under fluoroscopy the scope passed to cecum and approximated to the nail. Area irrigated with liters of sterile water and nail pulled out of cecum with rat tooth and then pulled out with a snare device with no resistance.

colonoscopy and fluoroscopy performed by same provider.

Any idea in how to code the fluroscopy??
