I had a screening colonoscopy done and I have colon cancer. it is my first colonoscopy after doing my chemo and having a colon resection. my question is do I code my colonoscopy.
45378-with colon cancer diagnosis since it is to confirm cancer is no longer there
45378-with history of colon cancer and a screening
