Wiki Colposcopy 57454 with dx 795.03

Hey Coders: All the documentation gives me is the colposcopy with endocervix curretage, and specimen sent; after an LGSIL pap of cervix. I know my dx and procedure fit (57454 with dx 795.03) but the edit won't let it go. I'm new, what do I need to do to get past this edit? Thanks.
 
The edit states:

1043 - Generalized LMRP-CPT4 Codes 50000-59999 - 57454 cannot be paired with icd9(s): 79503 - Surgery: Urinary, Male Genital, Female Genital, Maternity Care and Delivery Systems: Please review charge diagnoses.

So do I have to go back to the doc and ask for a better dx? It is pretty clear that it was a LGSIL, cervix....

we bill colpo's all of the time and have no problem with billing the 795.03, you should contact your billing vendor.
