Is anyone else having an issue with Humana paying on co-management claims? I have been going back and forth with them on processing properly, this has been an ongoing issue for a good amount of time. How did you resolve this without having to call on all of these, the providers are paying me to call on these claims more than once and would like to try and resolve this issue.
 
Did you include the transition of care date? And are you billing the 54 or are you the 55?
Yes I'm adding the transition date in box 19 of our claims. I'm using the 54 on the surgery and the 55 on the post op care.
