I want to make sure I'm thinking correctly with my coding.

Anterior fusion of L1-S1 (22810) and posterior fusion of T10-S1 (22802). CCI shows 22802 as mutually exclusive to 22810, so my thinking is to bill 22810 and 22800 to cover T10-L1 since the posterior fusion of L1-S1 is included in 22810.

Any thoughts or articles you can direct me to is greatly appreciated.
