Hi,

We were hoping we could get some feedback on some good (maybe Windows based PM) systems that would be compatible with our EHR system Allscripts. Please let me know what system you currently use and what the pros and cons are of it. Thank you so much in advance.
 
Our office has been using e-MDs Solution Series since 2006. They do offer Practice Management ONLY.

Allscripts is also contracted with another company for their Practice Management Software too.
 
I've worked with Greenway which is a combination EHR/EPM. Nextgen which is a windows based PM with the option for PM only, and also Centriq which has an option for PM only I do believe. I would recommend looking into Nextgen as there is a ton of potential in this system especially with it's compatibility to SNOMED-CT. Also I would check out Vitera as they have a lot features that sound very promising.
 
You may also want to check out PCC (pcc.com), which is pediatric specific, but also works with primary care.
