Wiki Common listing of DX codes

Does anyone have a listing of common DX codes used for labs that are payable by insurances.? Examples are screening labs for Diabetes, hypertension etc...
We are finding that some of the DX codes chosen by physicians aren't payable by insurances.

This link will get you to the cms lab NCD listing, which will show the payable diagnosis for most of the common lab tests. Remember that the doctor should be indicating the reason for the test, so you should be using the appropriate diagnosis for the order.
