:( In your AAPC ICD-9, book you have listing for (CC Ex) and diagnosis codes are listed in blue. I don't understand definition. Please, explain.
 
Relates to MS-DRGs and a code's applicability or recognition as a CC (versus MCC) in combination with other listed codes. At least, that's what I suspect you're talking about.
