Good afternoon Coders!! I have a group of payers asking me to produce a comparative code for PLA 0364U clonoSEQ Assay. This is an NGS MRD test in blood cancer. I need a comparative code that is NOT a PLA code.....so a CPT code that is also NOT an unspecified code like 81479. Thoughts?? Thank you in advance!!!
