I need help!!!! My physician has performed a x-rays of the R shoulder and want a L shoulder for comparison. Does anybody have any ideas?? Do we eat the cost or is there an ICD-10 code or modifier that can be used to get this paid

If it is on a different shoulder ensure use modifiers 59 or LT or RT used, physician should put in notes the words of comparison of shoulder x-rays and reasons why another x-ray done to be valid and the proper dx code.
