Wiki Comparison grid for EMR/EHR systems

For those of you who have already implemented an EMR or EHR, did you use any sort of grid or tool to compare the different systems you considered? One of our clients is in the process of evaluating several systems right now and we'd like to help advise them about what they should be looking for and comparing across all the systems. Any input would be appreciated!

I work for AAPC, and used to sell PM/EMR software. There are so many EMRs right now, it's almost overwhelming. You can go to EMRConsultant.com and put in the features you're seeking and they will match you to a number of companies. If your office is a particular specialty, there are some EMRs that are designed specifically by specialty. If you contact EMRConsultant, they have over 200 EMRs that they have surveyed.
