Wiki Complete colonscopy with hx of hemicolectomy

Hello everyone -

This is the first time I ran into a report where patient is having a colonoscopy and found no polyps or anything. But patient is missing part of their colon due to a past hx of a hemicolectomy. Would you still consider it a full complete colonoscopy CPT 45378?
