Good afternoon,

I am seeking assistance with a complex cardiothoracic procedure. The provider did a urgent mitral valve replacement with 27mm edwards mitral magna ease bioprosthetic valve. Resection of infected dual chamber pacemaker leads, right atrium, and right ventricle with enucleation and debridement of right atrial debris, and right ventricle free wall. Implantation of epicardial right ventricular and right atrial pacing leads. Enucleation and resection of pacemaker generator. Anyone who can pint me in the right direction in the CPT would be most appreciated! Thank you in advance.
