Wiki Complex Cataract- does Trypan Blue still qualify in 2017?

Hello,

I have seen information that seems to say Trypan Blue is no longer acceptable with advanced cataract to qualify as 66982- and some information stating some insurances may still allow: has anyone seen a definitive source of information for 2017?
