Wiki Complicated I & D, and Excision same cyst

I cannot find any guidelines in the CPT book regarding the Complicated Incision and Drainage of a cyst, and Excising the cyst after draining it. Can I use 10061 for the I & D, plus 11441 for the excision or would the I & D be a component of the excision?
