Wiki Complication during Cataract Surgery

Patient had cataract surgery on an eye that had previously undergone radial keratotomy. Op report does not indicate when previous surgery was done, but during the cataract surgery one of the old wound sites opened and began to leak. I'm coding this 366.9, 998.32, and 379.23. Would it be appropriate to use V45.69, too?
 
Hi, I would definitely include codes 998.2 and E870.0 and remove 998.32 since this was not an external wound but intraoperative complication. Hope this helps.
