I have researched for a code on decreased concentration. Our doctor only has that and only sees that as a symptom. I am still not sure what to use for this code. I don't feel comfortable with just using a general non-specific code. Thanks for your help in advance.

Concentration

You can query your provider to see if 316 is an appropriate code, this is however a manifestation code so you should also be using another code for the underlying condition.
