Wiki Confirm CPT code 93922 and 93923

Can we use 93922 and 93923 for the patient on the same date of service?
Also if Yes, what are the document requirements? should documents be separate; or ABI and TBI documented in same report can justify the codes?
I have attached a sample report.
please advise
