Hello,
I am reading conflicting information regarding Hospital Inpatient or Observation Care.
I have an article from 2015 and the CPT 2026 stating that we can bill CPT codes 99221-99223 per specialty each day but then I am reading that only the admitting physician can bill those codes.
Can someone please provide information regarding these codes and if you have any links, that would be helpful as well.
