I'm going to add to the confusion...

I agree with CPT Code 86910 should be used for the paternity testing, along with Modifier 32 - Mandated Services.
I do not agree with ICD-10-CM Code Z31.448 (Encounter for other genetic testing of male for procreative management.) I think of the word "procreative" as present tense and this man has "procreated" as in past tense. I could be over-thinking this, but I think it should be Z02.81 - Encounter for paternity testing.
My final answer: 86910-32, Z02.81

actually i was practicing questions,,, so got from there .over there they mentione correct answer B ,,,which I donot agree.thats y according to me the answer would be 86910-32, Z02.81,,, andI think might be there in Option A they had a mistake instead of 86910 it printed 89190
but my answer is 86910-32, Z02.81
