I believe Q62.0 would be correct, given the information you've presented.

According to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin "Pyelectasis also is known as renal pelvic dilation". So assuming that is correct, looking up Pyelectasis in the ICD-10 index sends you to "Hydronephrosis", which then points you to Q62.0.

That's my best shot at it - hope it helps, or at least points you in a good direction!
