If doctor doesn't state if condition is congenital do we default to acquired dx? Thank you
 
congenital vs acquired

I have the same question. Is abnormal inferior vena cava and abnormal hepatic vein considered congenital or is it acquired? Does abnormal mean acquired or congenital? How can we differentiate these ?
