Hello,

I price for Workman's Compensation MSA allocations and I've noticed that Connecticut is continually pricing our services at a higher rate than we are. We are including the provider fee, OPPS pricing from their fee schedule, and the medication that is being used. I've noticed on their fee schedule that for some services (for instance, 62323) there is a modifier T that states 1702579635337.png

Does this mean we should be using Mediregs APC pricing in addition to the provider, facility, and drug free?

Any help would be appreciated!
