I have a dx of upper back connective tissue pain due to prior sports injury? I can't figure out how I should code this, the index doesn't lead me to anything that seems to fit.
 
Seems pretty non specific. Only 2 i can think of are

M54.9 - Dorsalgia, unspecified AKA Backache, NOS
M79.9 - Soft tissue disorder, unspecified
