Can Conscious sedation be coded with endotracheal intubation or would this be unbundling? I have looked in my CCI edits book however it is a 2004 version and conscious sedation is not included in the endotracheal intubation so this can be coded as 31500 and 99143-99149 which every CS code is appropriate correct????
