80400-80439 - EVOCATIVE/SUPPRESSION TESTING:

Question - If a combination of codes is billed on a patient that would match the CPT rules of these codes, but weren?t actually performed for this testing?do we bundle anyway?
For example, if a patient has 2 cortisols done on one day, but not because of evocative/suppression testing, do we still bundle the 82533 x2 into 80400?
