Do you mean encopresis? If so, this is the definition in Stedmans medical dictionary;
encopresis
The repeated, generally involuntary passage of feces into inappropriate places (e.g., clothing).
It is not uncommon to go through stages of constipation and then have boughts of incontinence in your clothing. I guess it is a bit unusual for a child that age to not be "potty trained" but it does happen. Kind of like wetting the bed.
