Is anyone familiar with knowing why United Healthcare would deny 99244 and pay 93010?

Are they separately reportable?

I don't know off hand but it may be because United Healthcare doesn't recognize the consult codes anymore. Like I said, I don't know off hand but some insurances are following Medicare and not recognizing them anymore. They may be one of them.
