When we perform a radiology consult (review imaging with the physician, review medical record, vitals, and labs, and provide professional opinion) but no not interview or examine the patient in person (no HPI or physical exam), are we able to charge for this type of service?
 
closest I could find is 76140 consultation on x-ray exam made elsewhere, written report

found it by looking up consultation in the index, then subheading of x-ray
