APRN performs inpatient consult. Physician reviewed testing but does not see patient as patient was discharged. Physician signed off as such, can I bill consult?
 
You would need to bill the consultation under the APRN's credentials since the physician did not perform a sufficient portion of the E/M service for it to be considered a split/shared service.
