Does any one have a list of who can be a referring person for a consult? Can a Doctor of the same office be a referring Doc to a Doc in the same practice? Thanks
 
Yes they can as long as you meet the three R requirements and they are different specialties. For example a Neuro surgeon and an Ortho surgeon.
