Please can someone give the answer for this chart.

Dr. peter is tims family physician. during todays vist with dr. peters, tim complained of fatigue, lightheadness, and intemediate chest pains. Dr. peters called Dr. Counsel a cardiologist, and asked for a work-in visit for tim. Dr.Counsel saw Tim in the officelater that afternoon, performed a comprehensive examination , and obtained an extended history of the present illness with complete past family, social, and personalhistory. Dr. Counsels decisoin-making was based on review of exctensive records and test results pjrovided by the patient, the high risk of complications, and the extensive management options. Dr. Counsel sent a written report back to Dr. Peters outlining the visit and plans for insertion of apjacemaker in the next few days. How would Dr. Counsel report tdays. visit ?

A) 99214
B) 99245
C) 99244
D) 99205

As per my knowledge..
Iam able to get Exam and MDM..as chat says comprehensive exam.
MDM= New problem to the cardiologist with additional plan 4 points and high risk as chart says so the MDM would be HIGHT and Exam is COMPREHENSIVE
What about the ROS.. it says only about HPI and PFSH...

Can someone help me on this ?
