I really want to attend the 2017 Healthcon in Las Vegas. Is there anyone I can contact about this? I live in California and wanted to know if we have to stay at the RIO or can we stay elsewhere and just a few other questions about payment? If there is anyone I can call or speak with please post the contact information for me!! Thank you!!

I have called the number listed to inquire about the payment plan options and I have gotten no response. I would like to go as well. I have so many question that I need to ask.

No, you don't have to stay at the Rio. The Gold Coast Casino is a 10 minute walk away, has solid reviews, and right now is $45 a night. Generally conventions want you to stay in one hotel for networking, camaraderie, and a better overall experience, but you pay a lot more in this case. I wasn't impressed with what I read about the rooms at the Rio. Las Vegas is chock full of options, shuttles, and quick cab rides. One of my co-workers is going the Airbnb route.

As far as I know there is no payment plan for the fee of Healthcon.
