How would someone code for the following situation?

Pt comes in and pump is set up with Ara-c continuous infusion for 24 hours with 1180mg and 820 mg waste (the vials are 2000mg). The patient leaves and while at home the bag clots off so he/she returns to the office. There is blood in the bag and it is disposed of and another bag mixed...another 1180mg is connected to the pump and the patient leaves the clinic. How would you bill for the drugs?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
