There's no code for this that I'm aware of as it's not really a diagnosis. There may be some code in Chapter 20 or 21 for an external cause or factor influencing health, but that relationship would need to be documented, otherwise you wouldn't be reporting this. Are you able to share the verbiage given that's leading you to want to report this?

some of my C/A/P CT W/O Contrast imaging auth request are getting denied because the imaging guidelines indicates imaging is w/contrast; I'll look into your suggestion and thank you
