Can someone please tell me if it is appropriate to code for control of nasal hemorrhage if the patient is not activally bleeding at the time of the office visit?

Patient comes in to see the doctor for history of nose bleeds. The doctor cauterizes the vessels causing the bleeds......Is it appropriate to code 30901?
